These fitness classes have grown in popularity over the years primarily because they offer a new way to get a low-cost, personalized, efficient and challenging workout.

They definitely aren't for every exerciser, but with the right instructor, these fitness classes get fast results and create a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people. The possibilities are endless and the results are guaranteed!

We offer a total-body approach to fitness and health designed to give you the lean, strong body you’re looking for. Along the way, you’ll reduce stress and develop the positive attitude that comes from knowing you’re doing something good for you

Flexible schedule and price

  • Start any time you want & hold the class anywhere you want
  • Morning & evening classes make it easy to work a fitness boot camp into your busy schedule.
  • Workout 1, 2, 3 or 5 times a week with no long-term commitment.

The standard fitness boot camp offers

  • A small group environment (5+ people).
  • An open public outdoor space such as a park, parking lot or backyard.
  • Orientation - Your first session should include time for paperwork, reviewing class rules and safety guidelines and performing a basic fitness assessment if that hasn't been done.
  • Each session includes a 10 minute warm up & cool down.
