Chris is the sh*t! Workout with him, period. He got me to lose 20 lbs., and helped me rehab my elbow and shoulder back to better than full health!
He was my baseball pitching and hitting sports performance trainer, he got me tighter, faster, stronger and quicker. I even have good footwork and footspeed now! My dad did not believe I was working with a personal trainer because I always wore baggy clothes around the house, then he saw me two months after I started, in uniform and pitching, and the catcher's glove was popping! I went from being clocked at throwing 70 to 87 in just over two months.

I like to choose my trainers carefully and, to this end, spent a great deal of time carefully watching the trainers in my gym from afar. What made Chris stand out from the rest was his absolute dedication to his job.
Fitness training is clearly a vocation for Chris, and he is absolutely committed to every one of his numerous clients. Working with him has given me new insight, motivation and, let's not forget, a better boday, a better quality of life I think! I saw changes after just two weeks, and continue to do so.
I had low back pain real bad, I worked with Chris, and to this day, I am standing around at work all day and no need for a break or to take a sit. There is no or limited back discomfort thanks to the specific core strengthening we did, I am nowhere near as tight because we stretch real well and he showed me things I can do at home when we are not working together.

Me and my husband just wanted to let everyone out there know that we just completed our first handful of 36 sessions with Chris and we have been very pleased. We have a long way to go but really have enjoyed it and have made some real progress. We have met some of the goals that we set out to meet. He is real in tune to what we need and what we like to do and blends the two together. We work and sweat hard and have a good time.
He comes to our house, trains us on our own equipment, we don't even have to leave, it's great! The kids get to stay upstairs and play and we get to get our gym time in.
