In-Home
Training SEssion

One hour personal training session are available in the comfort of their home, garage, apartment, fitness area or backyard.

Many interested clients are under the myth that they will need to have a large house, work-out room or at least some exercise equipment. Not true! That's the beauty and appeal of this service. We provide all the equipment necessary for a cardiovascular or strength training work-out.

We supply the following: Step, adjustable free weights, Elastic fitness tubing, Stability Ball, bosu ball and other additional key components for our succes.

Training SEssion

Like the track? Running around town? Stairs? Hills? Vacation Homes? Bootcamp training in the mountain or woods? Regardless your preferance for location to reach your goals, we take it there!

Athletes prefer this type of training at the local school tracks and fields. All equipment provided.

We supply the following: Step, adjustable free weights, Elastic fitness tubing, Stability Ball, bosu ball and other additional key components for our succes. For athletes, special weight vests, ankle weights, reaction balls, medicine balls, cones and ladders for drills are available for usage.

Coaches know that today’s champion teams are composed of more than just technical players. Teams need to be strong, fast, and flexible with a forward thinking mental attitude. Get an an edge over your competition!

With this in mind, coaches must recognize their team’s specific areas of weakness and address them. If at the end of each week or individual practice your team has not worked on and improved their speed, strength, endurance, flexibilit, and preparedness, they are not doing what they need to aspire to high levels of success.

Buddy/Group Training

Want to workout with a friend? Buddy training is for those of us who don’t want to work out with just a trainer. Bring a friend, family member or co-worker along! The two of you will share the hour time! A great way to get in shape with a good friend!

Group personal fitness training makes fitness affordable and fun, while providing accountability, encouragement, education, and social support.

If you want to form your own group, just get a few friends together, pick training days and times, and we’ll get started!

Group trainings are more than just completing a workout by rotating equipment stations. You work out in separate fitness stations, equipped with dumbbells, medicine balls, free weights, benches, weighted bars, resistance bands, tubing, agility equipment, CORE balance boards, and stability balls. I will lead you through an organized, well thought-out workout routine at an upbeat tempo, with motivating music (bring your own if you like). An exciting combination of agility and balance drills, games, exercises, cardio, and strength training.


Program Design

If you are not looking for personal training, or only a sessions or two for a refresher course, some new exercises to incorporate and a better tailored workout, I can help with that too.

This is the best bet for those on a really tight budget, we offer a "Home Workout Program" for those of you who have the discipline to workout on your own & would like a guided program.
