Q What does an hour of boot camp entail?
A Each hour of boot camp will vary, but will incorporate core conditioning, flexibility, plyometrics, agility drills, abdominal toning, cardiovascular exercises, functional training, short distance running, interval training, circuit training, body weight resistance training, strength building and more. We always warm up and cool down.

Q When will I see changes in my body?
A You will start to feel results in the first week. It is typical to see results within 3-5 weeks. But remember, each person is different so results will vary.

Q What should I bring?
A Towel, Water, Yoga or Exercise Mat.

Q Where do we meet?
A Depends on the Bootcamp program you choose.

Q What times do we meet?
A Depends on your program.

Q Do I have to be in shape to participate in the Method Fitness Boot Camp Program?
A Absolutely not! First, our medical history form will let us know any precautions related to your health and fitness levels. You will start training at your appropriate level and you will move up as you get faster and stronger. We've designed the program to be suitable for everyone.

Q How much does it cost?
A$20 per class. Rates subject to change with custom U-Bootcamps and numbers of participants.

Q Is there a Bootcamp closer to me?
A If you and your friends would like us to start a boot camp more central to your home, just send us an email. We would be happy to accommodate you.

Q How do I sign up?
A Simply send an email or call/text.

Q When does the next camp start?
A You can start whenever you want.

Q What if it rains?
A This is a Boot Camp, we work out rain or shine.
