Maximal Interval Training - Timed bursts of intense exercise followed by short period of rest. Working out at maximum capacity with every exercise doing as many reps as possible, alternating plyometrics for body power, sports drills for speed and agility, core for abs, and strength training for body performance and definition.

Test YOUR LIMITS physically and mentally. ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME AND SUCCESSFUL.
