NYC Athletic Bootcamp

Achieve the lean and sexy look you want in the heart of New York City!

Every SATURDAY we will work into shape with a max-interval bootcamp-style workout, with a dynamic stretching warm-up and cool-down. One hour long, sport performance inspired bootcamp style training. You can expect to tone, tighten and strengthen your body.
